Supercharged Strut and Brake
The brakes on my car were shot when I bought it and I had trouble getting a replacement rotor. Do you see why?
My right and left struts are not the same. The picture on the left is my driver side strut. It is off of a pre-87 car.
The strut on the right is passenger side original strut. If you don't see the difference just look at the dust shield.
The rotor of the later brake is almost 30% more massive and the dust shield has a vent/scoop.
Currently I am looking into the possibility fo swapping other 4 bolt brake/caliper systems onto the car.
There are some aftermarket brakes for the front but nothing really for the rear.
I am also going to investigate options to do a 5 bolt upgrade along with a brake increase wothout spending over $4k dollars!
