Exterior
- Replaced sunroof seal and adjusted.
- Adjusted the USA specification bumpers in, to have the correct "european" look

Interior
-Stitched the rear seat leather with some thick cloth string and tucked a piece of the same leather underneath to conceal the exposed foam. (photo 36k).

-Made "Audi Sport" rear speaker covers using a logo from GM Racing R/C car decals (photo 60k).
-Installed Interior / exterior temperature guage with a remote dash mounted light that gets toggled on by the headlights in amber light. (photo 48k).
- The shifter boot and housing needed attention and completely readjusting the shifting rod as well.


- I converted the original ur-quattro folding seat tops with newer 1987 Audi 4000CS quattro heated tan leather skins/foams (force5auto.com) and then bolted these to the 4000CS quattro heated bases. - Installed a Passat cup holder

- Replaced clutch pedal with new factory Audi part. Clevis, pedal and pin were worn and needed replacing.


- Installed urS4 Gamma radio head unit and two Alpine amps driving six speakers. A huge improvement in appearance and sound quality as well, all fitting within factory speaker wells.

Engine
- Readjusted the duty cycle and set the idle to factory spec with new O2 sensor
- Replaced the radiator top and lower covers.
- Installed MC2 injector fan wastegate thermo sensor and completely rebuilt electric after run fan motor back to spec
- Replaced all vacuum lines
- Complete tune up included new Mahle OC78 and OC54 oil filters, Bosch WR5DS silver plugs, wires, cap, rotor and air filter
- Installed Coupe GT modified air box (Carrera Cup style) with K&N panel filter
- Installed new lower intercooler hose and all new Wurth Zebra hose clamps
- Installed used K26 turbo from a KH engine with all new exhaust gaskets.
- New fuel filter and fuel pump check valve
- Installed new injectors, shrouds and seals
- Compression (115, 115, 120, 120, 115 psi) and boost are within specification.
- Installed two new engine mounts
- Installed new PS hydraulic pressure switches on bomb
- Installed new PS hydraulic bomb

- Installed new power steering high pressure line from brake booster to valve. (photo 44k), (photo 40k) and the new part (photo 40k).

Drivetrain
- Installed all new rear sport quattro differential mounts on rear diff and on gearbox
- Redline MTL into gearbox, Redline 75-90w into rear differential
- Rebuilt left front axle with new rubber boots and CV grease


Suspension
- Vermont SportsCar installed new Bilstein HD shock inserts with the original springs, installed a rear 24mm swaybar, front RS2 strut tower brace, and Anderson Motorsport control arm bushing shims.(see sport tuning)
- Vermont SportsCar installed new wheel bearings on front and rear.
- Vermont SportsCar media blasted all suspension parts and repainted with Wurth paint.
- New front lower control arm ball joints were installed
- New upper strut bearings were installed on front and rear
- New front lower control arms with bushings were installed
- New bushings were pressed into original front lower control arms and used in the rear for the 24mm swaybar intallation.
- Full four wheel alignment


Brakes / Wheels / Tires
- Vermont SportsCar installed new Zimmerman cross drilled front rotors, new Zimmerman rear rotors with Mintex C-Box red pads (see sport tuning)
- Replaced brake fluid with ATE Super Blue (see sport tuning)

Tools
-Manditory toolbox shots, yes the LeMans stickers are from the 1980 Porsche 936 that Dave Morse of Morspeed owns. They were "extras". (photo 72k), (photo 52k).
- Purchased a Craftsman 3/4" drive breaker bar with 1 1/4" socket for removing front axle nuts
