There are several ways that a 928 owner can approach wheel alignment, depending on time, capabilities and involvement.
1. If you are totally disinterested, then find out where other 928 owners take their cars to have them aligned. Due to the 928's unique suspension NEVER take your car to an alignment shop that does not have the knowledge necessary to do a proper 928 alignment.2. If you want to take your 928 to a shop with no 928 experience, then give them the sections: "WHY PORSCHE 928 SUSPENSION IS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER CARS" and "ALIGNMENT SHOP SUGGESTIONS".4/16/03

The procedures in 928 DIY ALIGNMENTcan be used to do other cars. Just change the caster, camber and toe in values in the formulas and be sure you are using the correct signs when calculating for the toe-in gauge. The 928 has positive toe-in on both front and back wheels.
