-- Small updates to home page, todo list, and software along with this page. Computer system has been rebuilt and has one motherboard online with sound and voice recognition as well as speech capabilities. Tranny should be here soon now.

-- Have added several pages and new things now. You can find the news mainly on the front page as I haven't changed much that isn't listed their. I did expand the todo list, and I have also started working on getting the paged ranked in the search engines. I would love for this project to be the number one searched 'linux car computer' page.

-- Well most of this weekend was spent on actually working on the web site and planning more than anything else. I added most of the structure, and have been working on MAX most of the weekend as well. I hope to get a link from here to his main system after a few. That would be so you could always see what he's up to, well kinda ;-) I have Postgres complete setup and its ready to add databases too. I am recompiling apache and adding php so that we can have postgresql, php, and perl support with apache. This might lead to some interesting interface ideas later, but for now we can use phpPgSQL which is an excellent php based web administration program of the PostgreSQL database. I have a small NEC 800 Mobile Pro... it a HPC, and it will run Linux-VR woo hoo! That could get interesting as a running X over a 10 mbit ethernet would work pretty well.

How ever, I have mechanical projects to get done this week now, the CV joint and tranny/shift repair. It's always nicer when the Teener is on the road ;-)
