Please contact the Handfield Inn directly to book a room. We have reserved a block of 25 rooms for Friday and Saturday July 26 and 27 2002. The Inn has promised that the block will be reserved until May 15 so please make your bookings early : after this block is taken up, alternate locations will be some distance away.

We strongly suggest that you use the chart at the right to locate your room, and the fax to reserve it. On the fax, please include your credit card number and the expiration date, along name and desired room. You can trust, the Handfield Inn is a respectable venue. Again check their web site.

They will either confirm to us or to you that the reservation is booked. There is no fee for cancellation on the rooms, if something happens.

The Inn offers many amenities including a spa, swimming pool and fine dinning. It fronts the Richelieu river which is an active pleasure boating waterway in the summer. We have visited it and are able to confirm that the facilities are comfortable and clean. Each has its own washroom and showers. We trust you will find the rates very reasonable.

But as with many web sites, the pictures render their best suites. Which are available by the way. But overall, the rooms are quiet and clean. We checked ourselves.

Here is a brief description of each room of the Inn. We tought it would be more convenient for you if you could arrange you set-up depending on how many people your are in your group. Also, as rooms are grouped within 6 small buildings, youll be able to reserve the whole building for your group.

Rooms number in red have been reserved by ECR attendees, so you cant ask for them.

Prices are based on the current price list, and are listed in US$.They include breakfast, room, dinner at night and service (not tips...)
