The Owner:
Sonny Vo is currently the webmaster for the Porsche Club of America OCR website.
Perhaps the biggest accolade that one can give to the 964 (albeit a 965 Turbo) is to purchase one after having owned a 993 C2S- and that is exactly what Sonny did (although he apparently wouldn't say no to a 993 twin turbo much like the rest of us)!
Indeed, the departure of the 993 C2S was not without fanfare as you can see below.
The Car:
As mentioned above, Sonny purchased the beautiful 1992 965 turbo you see on this page after a succession of previous Porsches that included a 1978 911 SC in guards red and the above mentioned 1997 993 C2S.
As highlighted later, it can be seen that the car is for the moment relatively standard. However, it is highly likely that Sonny will be looking to provide some minor upgrades to the car in the near future to enhance the straight line performance of the 965. We will attempt to keep you informed of any upgrades that may occur (remember that the 965 is one of the easiest Porsche's to tune for additional power).
SILVER FLASH
The above is a picture of the car when first purchased on October 18, 2000. Exterior is zermatt silver on navy leather interior. The cars suspension was already lowered at the time of the purchase.

The car currently-
- Maximum Power: 320bhp at 5750rpm
- 332 lb/ft at 4500rpm
Targeted figures-
- 360-400bhp
Specification:
- Engine currently standard, though modifications are planned.
- Interior dashboard upgraded with carbon fiber kit, aluminium bezels.
