Fuel "Rails"
The factory fuel "rails" on both sides of the engine are a bad design IMO. They extend out too far and hit stuff, especially when the engine is going out or in. Plus, the curved rubber hoses attached to the injectors are NLA and straight hoses tend to crimp shut. I replaced them with some "T" fittings I made. Fuel T Fittings Fuel T Fittings
It takes 4 or 5 of them, depending on whether you connect the cold start valve. It's warm in TX, so I left it unconnected, for the moment. I like the better access to the injectors. Plus, the hoses attached to the injectors don't have to bend as sharply (I insert small springs inside these hose sections to preclude collapsing). Fuel T Fittings
