After listening to the pros and cons of reversing the wipers I decided to do mine only because I like the way they look and the clear view I have of the road. The following is a short pictorial of this project.

Remove the hoses on the blower unit - you don't have to remove the control cables.
Move the blower unit to the side so you can access the under dash area and the wiper motor.
You are now ready to reassemble everything - in reverse order (so the saying goes). When you are ready to install the wipers you must swap the arms. The "bent" arm needs to be bent the opposite way. This is best performed in a vise and done very slowly. After bending the arm check in on the car and ensure the arms clear each other during operation.
