Heart of the conversion the Callaway exhaust manifold and wastegate, turbo is off to the lower left.  It is laid out in the orientation it would be installed on the engine in the car.

Another view from above showing the wastegate, boost level is adjustable by the set screw on top.

Rebuilt IHI RHB-6 turbo charger, braided line runs to the oil cooler/oil filter housing for oil supply, large fitting on bottom is return to the oil pan.

Callaway modified piston on the left, stock piston on the right, you can see how the piston was dished out further at the same depth as the original piston's dish.

Side shot of the Callaway modified piston (left) and factory (right). Skirt length is a function of Mahle vs KS piston.

Intercooler, needs cleaning, was mounted down low in front of the AC condensor, the front spoiler was notched to allow it to fit.

Callaway intake  plenum with fifth injector, this was controlled by a Callaway microfueler that sensed engine speed and boost levels.

Stock fuel rail with larger capicity fuel injectors than stock.

Intercooler and exhaust ducting. Pipe from turbo charger top (with the O2 sensor) needs a section of pipe replaced.  Not shown is the Callaway high flow exhaust.
