Total ring width, width of the inlay (0.6 mm, 1.0 mm, or 1.5 mm), material to be inlaid, and surface finish.
The picture shows a 5 mm rings with a 1.0 mm inlay of 18K Yellow Gold and a satined/matted surface.
Ring sizes from 2 to 16+ are available (including 1/4 and 1/2 sizes).
