subject to change based on the order load at time of purchase. Rush orders of
from 1-3 days can usually be accomodated for an additional $25 per ring.

How do I order a ring?
The selection and design of your ring is a very personal choice and you must
either e-mail or call me to place your order. There are no automated forms on
any of these pages. Since you have so many options regarding your custom made
to order ring it is more efficient to contact me directly to discuss your ring
order. I can be reached on my cell phone from 8:00AM to 10:00PM (Eastern time)
at (513) 515-5455. If I cannot answer the phone then please leave your name
and number on my voice-mail and I will call you right back. I can also be
contacted via e-mail at
dan.statman@rennlist.com
What type of guarantee is offered?
Your ring is guaranteed to meet or exceed ALL of your expectations. If it
fails to do this you may return the ring for a full refund (minus shipping
charges) or I will remake your ring to your new specifications. I have sold
thousands of rings and only 2 rings have ever been returned (except for resizing).
How do I order the right size?
Titanium rings are not like conventional silver, gold, or platinum rings; and
they cannot be easily resized. It is possible to increase the size, slightly,
by removal of some inside material. Therefore, it is best to go to a local
jewelry store and have your finger sized using the standard metal sizing bands.
Please do not compensate your ring size for the width of the band you will
order, just tell me the sizing ring that fits you best and I will make your
ring to fit your finger for the given size and width.
What if the ring does not fit properly?
Send it back to me and for no additional charge I will resize the ring. Even
if it means making a totally new ring. This free service is provided only for
initial resizing. you are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Are the rings comfort fit?
Yes, all of my rings will be made with a rounded inside surface. In addition,
all edges will be meticulously polished to relieve any sharp edges. These
rings are the most comfortable rings available. If you would prefer a straight
inside surface, just let me know and I will make it.
Can the rings be engraved?
Yes. I can engrave anything that you want inside the ring. I only have a capital letter print style font. There is usually room for about 30-40 characters. For rings costing less than $250 there is a $20 fee for engraving, otherwise it is free.
What grade of titanium is used?
I prefer to use grade-5 titanium, also called 6/4 titanium. This is the
aerospace grade and it is much harder than grade-2, commercially pure titanium.
I find that grade-5 titanium holds its surface finish better than grade-2.
However, if you would prefer your ring be made from grade-2 titanium that can
be done. Both grades are the same price.
Is titanium hypoallergenic?
Yes, completely. Both grades of titanium that I use, grade-5 and grade-2, are
completely and totally hypoallergeic. Because of its biological inertness,
Grade-5 titanium is used in the medical field for surgical implants.
How are the rings made?
Each ring is handmade by carving out a solid bar of titanium. Since each ring
is handmade, you can specify any design aspect that you would like. None of my
rings are cast from molds, and are not constrained to any predetermined size,
width, or thickness. I do not discuss my inlaying techniques. I am the only
person involved in the creation of every aspect of the rings that I make. In
addition, I have designed and/or built most of the equipment that I use for
ring making.
