Tools required : 5/16-18 capscrew 2 1/2 inches long or so, a nut for said cap screw, a smallish flathead screw driver, and an allen key for the cap screw. (The cap screw may have been a 3/8-16, but I dont think the nut would fit through the inner race.) Thread the nut onto the capscrew about half an inch. Stick the end with the nut into the hole, and stick the flathead screwdriver into the hole to hold the nut from both turning and from poping off the edge of the inner race. Tighten the cap screw while keeping tension on the screw driver. Reposition every once in a while to pull the bearing out straight. It was very late, and I had to finish !! Took over an hour to figure out how the he!! I was going to get the thing out, but when I did, it took about 20 minutes. Oh yeah, and remember to swear a lot, that always helps.
