I joined the black(the main input) to the BLUE (the airrecircflap in the passenger footwell) to the ORange (the comb flap in the center vent. I by passed that sorry excuse for solinoid valve switcher thing ma doo that routes all the vacuum behind the center console. .Now any time my car starts the airrecirflap closes(feeding cabin air to the system)...the center vent fully opens(max unrestricted flow) and there is no way any hot water can get to the heater core becasue the vavle is sealed shut! i did a page on my site outlining whati did....it worked for me!
