I have had moderate success bending the wiper arms in at the top of their flat edge to increase the " angle of attack" of the blades. You might gain success by just replacing the arms; whose springs may be tired. This bending at the top helps blades which chatter on the way up, bend the opposite way for those that chatter on the return. Sounds as if new arms will cure the problem. Kurt Hertel : '89 Anniv. Ed.
