Then the 2002 928 Frenzy 6 is for you!

The Potomac Region of the PCA is again sponsoring the annual “Porsche 928 Frenzy”. This year's Frenzy includes six separate activities over three days:

Friday, Oct. 11th

Saturday, Oct. 12th,

Sunday, Oct. 13th.

Frenzy 6 kicks off

On Friday Oct. 11th With 'PCA Potomac, 928 Frenzy 6 Driver’s Education' at approximately 7:15AM (GRID TECH OPENS) a driver’s education event at

Summit Point Raceway’s Jefferson Circuit

followed by an informal Welcome Reception at the

Double Tree Hotel, Tyson’s Corner,
7801 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church,
VA 22043

Beginning at 7:30 PM. The reception will feature an open bar and light hors-d’oeuvres.

Frenzy 6 begins

Saturday, Oct. 12th beginning at 9:00 AM (Registration opens at 8:30)

Featuring door prizes, discussions, demonstrations and technical sessions led by national 928 experts including guest speaker Wally Plumley of 928 Specialists. Additional speakers include Jay Kempf demonstrating an alternative 928 timing belt tension tool based on the original Porsche design.

There will also be additional vendors with products specifically for the 928 (928 Specialists, DEVEK, Paisley Group) and for Porsches in general (Car Care Specialties and others). Coffee and doughnuts, drinks, lunch and a shirt are included with your registration fee.

After the Frenzy, a Banquet/Quiz is scheduled at the Double Tree Hotel at 7:00 PM

Sunday, October 13th beginning at 10:00 AM a 'Low Key Fire Drill Concours' and the 'Fall Foliage Rally' will be held for all Porsche models, with the 928 as the featured marque at

Dynamometer facilities will be available at AutoThority for a reduced rate for participants.

Judging for Concours participants will begin at 11:30 AM. Dyno runs are scheduled from 10:00AM-3:00PM.

The Fall Foliage Rally will begin at 1:00 PM.
