The  914-6 3.0 at the Auto-X
This is coming off the back chicane - a hard right and then accelerating into the final gates.

This is the Cup car - absolutely beautiful and owned by David and Susanna Weber - who are really great folks!  If you look closely at the larger photo - you'll see a "do-hicky" in the front right fender sticking up just in front of the windshield.  When this "do-hicky" is connected to an air compressor fitting  - the car gets raised about 1' off the ground by it's built in jack-stands.  I watched that "event" while in the staging line and watching the entire procedure - while trying to psych myself up for the fifth run.

Just another pic of my 914 - this is taken at the same location as the picture of the Cup Car above.  Notice how much farther the 914 is in front of that cone...  Ha, ha, ha...!!!! :-)
