After you add more power,
you've got to control it.  For oil temperatures, I added
a second cooler.
 For stopping power,
I added Turbo brakes.

Two oil coolers now run
in series.  One is a Turbatrol,
with a fan, and one is a
Carrera cooler.  They're
connected by AN-12
Aeroquip SS hoses from
Patrick Motorsports.
Rear brakes use stock
Turbo rotors, but the
calipers need to have their
mounting holes filled and
re-drilled to match the
early trailing arms.
From this side, you can see
the aluminum trailing arms and
custom-re-valved Bilstein Sports.
They're part of a whole suspension
package (torsion bars, adjustable
factory spring plates and new
bushings, too) that I got from
William Knight of KnightRace
(Check with him for suspension
and performance parts, he's got
great prices and great service!)
In front, the calipers bolt on,
but the rotors had to come
from a 78-79 Turbo, and a
custom hat had to be made.
Brake cooling ducts from
OG Racing keep the fronts
cool.  All of the brake and
suspension components were
installed by TRE Automotive
in North Hollywood.
The exhaust is from an 86 Carrera,
since a 964 exhaust won't fit.
The muffler is a single-in,
dual-out Flowmaster.  One of
these days, I'm going to add heat.
