This page will be for my father's 1962 Chevy Pickup.  It currently has a 305 from a '79 Camaro, but with the 3something posi rear from a '72 Chevy pickup.  With the th300 trans this gearing makes the truck a bit sluggish.  The .030 over 400 (now 406) small block we're building should have no problem overcoming the slightly tall gearing when it gets finished and installed.
    It's got a Comp Cams hydraulic cam and lifters,
    Dual Edelbrock 650 performer carbs
    on an Edelbrock manifold
    Forged TRW pistons
    Ported big valve (2.02 X 1.60) heads from Crosby machine
